Bavdhan. 24K Stargaze is in Bavdhan, with access to Hinjewadi, Kothrud, Baner and the other west Pune corridors.

How the Projects Differ
- Apartment towers: Altura (four towers on 5 acres), Manor (three 33-storey towers on 3 acres) and Opula (six towers on 7.77 acres, including duplexes).
- A small, private address: Atria has 43 homes in two 18-floor towers, with two apartments on each floor.
- A township-scale community: Stargaze covers 18 acres with eleven towers, and its page calls it the largest project in the 24K portfolio.
- A tall hill-view tower: Sereno's Tower F is described on Kolte-Patil's page as a 40-storey tower of hill-view homes.
- Row houses: Espada has 95 row houses on 5.65 acres, with a private lift in every home.
What the Projects Share
The design approach is common to the brand: 24 design principles and the golden ratio. Every project also uses international fittings and fixtures brands, although the brands differ by project: Altura, Manor and Stargaze have Grohe, Kohler and Duravit, Espada has Kohler and Grohe, Atria has Porcelanosa Group fittings and Opula has Porcelanosa, Noken and Gama Dècor. Amenities, specifications and smart-home features differ from one project to the next, so compare each project's list instead of assuming they match.
24K Sereno in Baner Hills
24K Sereno is a Kolte-Patil project developed with NOW Realty in Baner Hills, an IGBC-certified green project with hill-view homes, including simplex and duplex residences in a 40-storey tower. The two names are sometimes run together as "Altura Sereno", but they are separate projects with their own MahaRERA registrations. That page is not consistent about the home types: its heading says 1, 2 and 3 BHK, its overview says 3, 4 and 6 RLK and one of its FAQs says 3 RLK. Confirm the configurations, carpet areas and status with the sales team before you rely on any of them.
Which Projects Are Ready to Move?
24K Atria is ready to move, and 24K Stargaze is ready to move with its Occupancy Certificate obtained. For 24K Altura, Manor, Opula, Espada and Sereno, status can differ by tower, and at Manor construction and possession timelines vary by tower. Ask the 24K sales team for the current status of any project you are considering.
